The knightactive event takes up the theme of becoming a knight. The day is geared towards the final event, the joust. The day starts by choosing a camp - the names are based on knights of the round table. This gives each team an identity and starts to create bond between the individuals. Teams rotate through the events, with the exception of storming the castle and the joust. Throughout the day, they take part in events such as archery, trebuchet building, joust training, pulling the boar to the kitchen. All of these will challenge your team in different ways, from physical to mental challenges. At the end of the day, each team selects its own champion who will take part in the joust - horse riding skills are not essential ...
